The bathroom is the first room you visit in the morning and the last room you visit at night.  Therefore, it is beneficial to make it a comfortable, functional, and attractive room.  Determining who is going to be using it has a fairly significant impact on what the features will include.  We feel that being comfortable in your bathroom is a necessity as well as a luxury.
